How to Watch the 2026/27 Champions League on TV
To watch the 2026/27 UEFA Champions League on TV, choose the official broadcaster for your country and confirm that your subscription includes the match. In the United States, Paramount+ streams every match. In the United Kingdom, live coverage is split between Prime Video and TNT Sports, with TNT Sports available through HBO Max.
This guide covers official viewing options by country, practical ways to watch matches on your TV, and the key dates for the 2026/27 season.

Where to Watch the Champions League in Your Country
Champions League broadcast rights are sold by territory. A familiar service name is not enough to confirm access: its match selection, subscription requirements and TV availability can differ between countries.
The table below lists selected official partners for 2026/27. HBO Max is identified as the UK streaming destination for TNT Sports—not as a separate package of Champions League matches.
| País ou região | Official broadcast partners | What to check before watching on TV |
| Estados Unidos | Paramount+, TUDN, DAZN | Paramount+ confirms all matches live and on demand. Check the match listing, language and access requirements for TUDN or DAZN. |
| Reino Unido | TNT Sports, Amazon Prime Video; BBC for highlights | Prime Video carries selected Tuesday matches. TNT Sports carries the other live matches, with streaming through HBO Max requiring TNT Sports access. BBC provides highlights. |
| Canadá | DAZN, OneSoccer | Confirm which service carries your match and what your subscription includes; the two listings do not establish identical coverage. |
| Austrália | Stan Sport | Check the current subscription requirements and compatibility with your television or streaming device. |
| Índia | Sony | Check Sony’s match listing, subscription requirements and TV-device support in India. |
For other territories, consult UEFA’s official broadcast-partner directory, then check the local provider’s programme guide for the match you want. Being listed as an authorized partner does not automatically mean every game is included in every package.
Once you have identified your provider, open the individual match listing. Several Champions League games can kick off simultaneously, and a studio show, goals round-up or highlights tile is not the same as the full match. If you plan to follow two games on separate screens, check the service’s simultaneous-stream limits first.
United States: Paramount+ and Other Broadcast Partners
For US viewers wanting full competition coverage, Paramount+ is the starting point. Its official 2026/27 guide confirms live streaming of all Champions League matches, with completed games available on demand shortly after they finish. TUDN and DAZN are also listed as US partners, but check their actual schedules and language options rather than treating all three as interchangeable subscriptions.
United Kingdom: Prime Video, TNT Sports and HBO Max
UK viewers need to distinguish the rights package from the streaming app. As explained in BBC Sport’s UK coverage guide, Prime Video has 17 exclusive matches per season, with first pick of the Tuesday fixtures; TNT Sports shows the other matches. To follow every live game, you therefore need access to both packages. BBC’s highlights coverage is useful for catching up, but it is not full-match live video. Check the UK programme guide each round to see which service has your team’s fixture.
Since March 26, 2026, UK viewers have streamed TNT Sports through HBO Max rather than discovery+. Watching those matches requires a subscription with TNT Sports access—an HBO Max entertainment plan alone does not automatically include them. TNT Sports remains the channel and sports-content brand, while HBO Max is its streaming destination. Distribution through existing TV partners also continues, so check any package you already pay for before buying another subscription.
How to Watch Live Matches on Your TV

Set Up the Official TV App or Channel
The shortest route is through the broadcaster’s own supported TV service. Before kick-off, follow these steps:
- Find your match in the local provider’s schedule. Confirm that the listing is for live coverage, not highlights or a replay.
- Check your subscription. Make sure it includes the required sports package and the match you selected.
- Open the official TV app or tune to the listed channel. For streaming, use a television or connected device supported by that provider. Sign in and open the coverage ahead of kick-off.
- Use an approved alternative if your TV has no supported app. Choose a compatible external streaming device or the broadcaster’s built-in Cast or AirPlay option, where supported by both the app and receiving device.
If you already have a cable, satellite or IPTV sports package, start with its channel guide. Also check whether your package includes access to a companion streaming app. A TV-channel subscription and a separate direct-to-consumer app subscription are not automatically the same entitlement.
Check Device Compatibility and Mirroring Options
If you subscribe directly to a streaming service, check its supported-device information before paying. Being able to play a match on your phone does not establish that your television supports the app—or that the same package permits the TV playback method you intend to use.
If the official TV and native casting options do not work with your devices, 1001 TVs may offer a screen-mirroring route when both devices are compatible and the broadcaster permits mirrored playback. You still need an authorized match stream and any required subscription: 1001 TVs does not provide Champions League matches, channels or sports subscriptions, and it cannot bypass DRM or screen-capture restrictions. If protected video appears black, return to a playback method approved by the broadcaster rather than treating another mirroring app as a workaround.

2026/27 Champions League Schedule: Key Dates
League Phase, Knockout Rounds and Final
In the league phase, 36 clubs share one table and each plays eight matches. The top eight advance directly to the round of 16, while teams finishing ninth to 24th enter the knockout phase play-offs.
| Stage | Dates |
| League phase | September 8, 2026–January 27, 2027 |
| Knockout phase play-offs | February 16–17 and February 23–24, 2027 |
| Rodada de 16 | March 9–10 and March 16–17, 2027 |
| Quarter-finals | April 6–7 and April 13–14, 2027 |
| Semi-finals | April 27–28 and May 4–5, 2027 |
| Final | June 5, 2027 |
The final is scheduled for Estadio Metropolitano in Madrid. Dates are subject to change; check UEFA’s season guide for updates. Final-specific broadcast arrangements, including any free coverage, should be confirmed separately rather than inferred from the season’s rights-holder list.
Find Your Team’s Next Match and Local Kick-off Time
For your team’s next opponent and exact kick-off time, use UEFA’s official fixtures page, then check your local broadcaster for the viewing entry. The fixture tells you when the game takes place; the broadcaster’s listing tells you where your subscription can show it.
UEFA’s published league-phase fixture list uses CET for kick-off times. When checking a fixture, confirm the time zone shown and convert it to your local time, accounting for daylight-saving changes. Central Europe and the UK change clocks on different dates from the United States, so the time difference can vary throughout the season. Some matches may also fall on the following calendar day in your region.
