Mirror Screen from phone to PC, Mac Or TV

  1. Install and launch app on your phone and PC/Mac/TV;
  2. Connect both devices to the same Wi-Fi network;
  3. Tap [Screen Mirroring] on your phone, and it will detect available devices automatically. You can also [scan the QR code] shown on your TV or computer for quick connection.
  4. Start screen mirroring effortlessly!

Mirror Screen to Phone

  1. Install and launch app on both devices (Phone, PC, and Mac);
  2. Connect your devices to the same Wi-Fi network;
  3. On the Receiving Phone: Tap [Screen Receiver] and keep the device ready for connection;
  4. On the sender device (Phone/PC/Mac): Tap [Screen Mirroring]--[PC/Mac to TV], then search for and select the receiving device, or input phone's IP to connect;
  5. On the Receiving Phone: Tap [Accept] to confirm the request and start mirroring;
  6. Enjoy seamless phone/PC/Mac to phone screen mirroring!

Mirror Screen from PC/Mac to TV

  1. Install and launch app on your TV and PC/Mac;
  2. Connect your devices to the same Wi-Fi network;
  3. Auto Search: Click [PC/Mac to TV], and the system will detect available devices automatically;
  4. Manual Connection: Click [+], enter the TV’s IP address, and connect manually;
  5. Enter the IP address step
  6. Once connected, you can start mirroring your screen to the TV!

Mirror Screen to Web Browser (for iOS)

  1. Connect your devices to the same Wi-Fi network;
  2. Install and launch app on your phone;
  3. Open a web browser on your target device (Google Chrome is recommended);
  4. Tap [Browser] on your phone, the URL will be displayed;
  5. Enter the URL on your target device, then tap [Start Mirror] on your phone;

  7. For iPhone [Pro Mode]: Scan the QR code shown on the webpage to start screen mirroring.

Send/Receive files

  1. Install and launch app on your phone, PC, Mac, and TV;
  2. Connect both devices to the same Wi-Fi network;
  3. Tap [Share Files]-->[Send] on the phone application, select target device to pair.
    Or Click [Send] on the PC, select target device to pair.
  4. Once paired successfully, you can start transferring files seamlessly.
  5. The received files on TV are displayed in [Files] page, the received photos or videos are also displayed in [Album] pages of TV;
    The notification is displayed on PC when receive files from other ones.
    For Android phones, files are in [Files] > [Download] > [1001 TVs]; for iOS phones, files are in [Files] > [1001 TVs];
    And for both, photos and videos are in [Album].

Albums

  1. Install and launch app on your phone and TV;
  2. Connect your phone and TV to the same Wi-Fi network;
  3. Tap [Albums] on the phone application;
  4. Your phone will automatically scan for available TVs;
  5. Select your TV to pair;
  6. Select photos or videos to send, the received photos or videos are displayed in [Album] pages of TV;
    And photos/videos sent from PC/Mac via the [Send Files] feature also appear in TV's [Album].

Streaming

  1. Connect your phone and TV to the same Wi-Fi network;
  2. Install and launch app on your phone, then tap [Streaming];
  3. Once you've selected the target device, you can stream photos, videos, and music effortlessly!

Installation Issues

What should I do if I get a "The app is too old." error?

  • If the app on the phone displays "Your 1001 TVs app Application is too old.", it means that you need to update the app on the TV.

Why does my PC say "This app cannot run on your computer"?

  • The latest Windows Application only supports 64-bit.

Device Connection Issues

Why does it say "This QR code is not for screen mirroring!"?

  1. Please ensure your receiving device (such as a computer, TV, or mobile phone) has the latest version of the 1001 TVs app installed;
  2. Do not scan QR codes from other applications;

Why can't I find my TV/PC/Phone in the device list?

  1. Make sure both devices are connected to the same Wi-Fi network. If necessary, try restarting the router.
  2. For iPhone or iPad, make sure you grant access to "Local Network" and "Wireless Data". Go to Settings → Apps → Scroll down to 1001 TVs → Enable Local Network → Wireless Data → WLAN and Cellular.
  3. Turn on Local Network and Wireless Data
  4. Ensure that 1001 TVs is running on both devices.
  5. If you run into issues, restart 1001 TVs application and try again.
  6. Public Wi-Fi networks in places like hotels or airports might have AP isolation, which could block the connection.
  7. Alternatively, try turning on your phone's hotspot and connect your computer or TV to it, then try screen mirroring.
  8. If it's still not working, restart your phone and try again.

Both devices are connected to the same Wi-Fi network, what should I do if failed to connect?

  1. If mirror screen from iPhones, make sure you grant access to "Local Network" and "Wireless Data". Go to Settings → Apps → Scroll down to 1001 TVs → Enable Local Network → Wireless Data → WLAN and Cellular.Turn on Local Network and Wireless Data
  2. If mirror screen from macOS 15+ device, it's likely a Local Network permission issue, please click the [macOS 15+ Solution] to get more details.
  3. If mirror screen to Windows, the firewall could be blocking the connection. Try closing the firewall software and then run application as 'administrator'.
  4. If mirror screen to TV, power off the TV, then power it back on after 3 minutes.
  5. Power off the router, power it on after 3 minutes.
  6. Public Wi-Fi networks in places like hotels or airports may have AP isolation enabled, which can block the connection, disable it and try screen mirroring again. Alternatively, please turn on your phone's personal hotspot and connect your computer or TV to try.
  7. Turn off proxy settings if they are enabled, or add the target device's IP address to the exception list.

Screen Mirroring Issues

Why no sound when screen mirroring?

  1. Power off both the sending and receiving devices, wait for 5 minutes, then power them back on.
  2. Please update 1001 TVs app to the latest version.
  3. Make sure the sound option is enabled on in the screen mirroring page.turn on the sound
  4. For Android phones, ensure that microphone permission is granted.
  5. Check if the video source is muted. For example, videos are often muted by default in the browser — unmute the video player itself (not your computer's volume), and sound will work.
  6. Some apps may block us from getting audio, so audio cannot be cast. Please try using other apps to see if sound works properly and determine which app is malfunctioning.
    For some apps, if a copyrighted video is played, even subsequent non-copyrighted videos may have no sound when casting or recording. To resolve this, clear the cache of the app, then restart the app, or restart your phone.

How to fix lagging issue?

  1. Power off your TV, then power it back on after 3 minutes.
  2. Try connecting to the 5G frequency band for better speed.
  3. If you mirror screen from Windows, or to Windows, please check the mirror settings. Make sure stable mode is not selected; smooth mode is preferred. You may need to install a plugin on some PCs to activate smooth mode.

  1. Open [Settings].
  2. Tap [Display & Brightness] → [Auto-Lock].

How to fix disconnection issues for Android device?

  1. Grant notification permission.
  2. Grant floating window permission in Settings and enable floating window on the screen mirroring page.
  3. In the 1001 TVs app, turn on "Ignore Battery Optimization" to keep the app running in the background.
  4. Ensure your phone has at least 70% battery or keep it plugged in while mirroring.
  5. Ensure a Stable Screen Mirroring Connection on HUAWEI Phones.

What should I do if the screen stays on "Loading…" after starting mirroring?

  1. Power off your TV, power on after 3 minutes.
  2. For some TVs, please change the [Video Decoder] in the app's Settings to try.
  3. TV switch the [Video Decoder]
  4. Turn off the Smooth Mode option of application on the sending device.

Why is the screen too small when mirroring to my TV?

  1. Try using landscape mode on your phone and make sure portrait lock is turned off.
  2. On your TV, go to Settings and turn on [Fill Mode]. Use the up button on your remote to adjust the screen size.
  3. TV turn on [Fill Mode]
  4. Provide your device information (specific models of your phone, computer, TV, and TV box), as well as the Application number of 1001 TVs, to customer support for assistance.
  5. Consider trying a different phone or TV if the issue persists.
  6. Uninstall and reinstall the latest Application of 1001 TVs.

Why can't my mirrored screen go full-screen or rotate?

  1. Check if portrait lock is enabled on your phone. If so, turn it off in the settings.
  2. If you're using browser mirroring, please upgrade your browser to the latest Application.
  3. On the computer's screen mirroring interface, click the Settings button and select "Fullscreen" Mode.

Why does my mirrored screen look blurry?

  • If you're using a Xiaomi phone, the issue may be caused by the MIUI anti-scam protection. To fix it, go to Settings → Security → Anti-Fraud → Screen Sharing Protection → Turn off, and then try casting again.

What should I do if the screen goes black during mirroring?

  • Some apps restrict screen mirroring, such as those with password input screens or video playback interfaces. This is often due to copyright protection, which prevents these apps from being mirrored to other devices.
