Our investigation shows that this is most likely caused by a mismatch in the graphics card’s color range settings. iOS and macOS devices typically output color using the\u00a0Full Range<\/strong>\u00a0(0\u2013255), while traditional Windows PCs and certain video content are often set to use the\u00a0Limited Range<\/strong>\u00a0(16\u2013235). As a result, a pure white color (#FFFFFF) from the phone is interpreted incorrectly on the PC, displaying as a dull, off-white shade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
